Le Volero Le Cannet est fier d’annoncer l’arrivée de Defne Devrim, jeune passeuse turque de 18 ans, en provenance du prestigieux club du VakifBank 🇹🇷
Talent prometteur du volley turc, Defne a déjà porté les couleurs de la sélection nationale dans les catégories U17 et U19, disputant les championnats d’Europe et les Balkans.
Elle rejoint le Volero avec envie, ambition, et l’opportunité de partager la passe avec Naiane Rios au sein de notre effectif pour la saison à venir.
Nous avons hâte de la voir à l’œuvre sous nos couleurs !

💜 New setter at the Volero: welcome Defne Devrim! 💜
Le Volero Le Cannet is proud to announce the arrival of Defne Devrim, a young 18-year-old Turkish setter, from the prestigious VakifBank club 🇹🇷
A promising talent on the Turkish volleyball scene, Defne has already played for the national team in the U17 and U19 categories, competing in the European and Balkan championships.
She joins the Volero with desire, ambition and the opportunity to share the pass with Naiane Rios in our squad for the coming season.
We look forward to seeing her in action under our colors!

💜 Changement de cap pour Maëva Schalk 💜
C’est avec tristesse que le Volero Le Cannet vous annonce le départ de Maëva Schalk, jeune réceptionneuse/attaquante de 19 ans, initialement annoncée en prolongation au sein de notre effectif.
Maëva a finalement fait le choix de rompre son engagement avec le club pour se tourner vers une nouvelle trajectoire de vie : mettre entre parenthèses son parcours professionnel sportif afin de poursuivre ses études et la pratique du volley aux États-Unis, dans un cadre universitaire.
Présente au club depuis plusieurs années, elle a suivi une formation continue au sein de notre structure et a représenté l’image même de la formation cannettane.
Bien que cette décision n’ait pas été anticipée, nous respectons son choix et lui souhaitons le meilleur pour la suite de son parcours, tant personnel que sportif.

💜 Change of course for Maëva Schalk 💜
It is with sadness that Volero Le Cannet announces the departure of Maëva Schalk, a young 19-year-old outside hitter, initially announced as an extension within our squad.
Maëva has finally decided to end her contract with the club and embark on a new life path: putting her sporting career on hold to pursue her studies and volleyball in the United States, in a university setting.
A member of the club for several years, she has followed a continuous training program within our structure and has represented the very image of the cannettane training.
Although this decision was not anticipated, we respect her choice and wish her all the best for the rest of her personal and sporting career.

C’est un grand espoir du volley biélorusse qui vient renforcer les rangs du Volero :
Aida Dautova, pointue de 17 ans, intègre l’effectif pour la saison à venir !
Formée depuis 4 saisons au sein du club RGUOR-2008, Aida s’y est distinguée par son engagement et son potentiel, attirant l’attention bien au-delà de son pays.
Elle rejoint le Volero Le Cannet en signant un contrat pluriannuel et avec l’ambition de découvrir le volley européen et de continuer à progresser au contact du haut niveau.
Nous sommes fiers d’accueillir ce jeune talent au sein de notre effectif.

A great hope of Belarusian volleyball has joined the Volero ranks:
Aida Dautova, a 17-year-old point, joins the squad for the coming season!
Trained for 4 seasons with the RGUOR-2008 club, Aida has distinguished herself by her commitment and potential, attracting attention well beyond her homeland.
She joins Volero Le Cannet on the long terms base with multi year contract and ambition of discovering European volleyball and continuing to progress at the highest level.
We are proud to welcome this young talent to our team.

Le Volero Le Cannet est heureux d’annoncer la prolongation de Natalia Suvorova pour la saison 2025/2026 !
Âgée de 21 ans, notre centrale internationale russe a su faire preuve de courage et de détermination après une longue absence des terrains suite à une opération du genou.
Revenue en fin de saison, Natalia est prête à reprendre pleinement sa place au sein du collectif.
Actuellement en pleine intersaison avec l’équipe nationale russe, elle continue de travailler avec exigence et ambition.
Nous sommes fiers de l’accompagner dans cette nouvelle étape et impatients de la voir briller à nouveau sous nos couleurs 💪

Volero Le Cannet is delighted to announce the extension of Natalia Suvorova for the 2025/2026 season!
Aged 21, our Russian international powerhouse has shown courage and determination after a long absence from the field following knee surgery.
Back at the end of the season, Natalia is ready to resume her full role in the team.
Currently in the middle of the off-season with the Russian national team, she continues to work with high standards and ambition.
We’re proud to support her in this new phase, and look forward to seeing her shine once again under our colors 💪
